- Scouting and casting: I propose locations and actors, you approve. Filming and image-rights authorizations are handled beforehand — their scope follows the broadcasting scope chosen, which also determines the fees.
3 · Shoot
- A single day of filming. Director and camera operator at minimum; optional add-ons (2nd camera, drone, makeup).
- Directing actors on set.
- You are present or represented to approve the key takes.
4 · Edit & delivery
- Editing, color grading, sound design and mixing.
- Two revision rounds included on the edit.
- Master delivered graded and mixed, in your formats, with a one-page guide: where and how to distribute the film so it actually gets seen.

The native format for a phone held vertically: TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Stories, Pinterest. Today it's the format that captures the most attention in social advertising. 1:1 — square · 1080 × 1080 px. The Instagram and Facebook feed, LinkedIn, a post's reduced preview. It has lost ground to vertical, but stays the most versatile — it displays correctly everywhere, mobile or desktop, without cropping, and works great in a carousel. A useful variant: 4:5 (1080 × 1350 px), lightly vertical, takes up more height in the Instagram feed while staying readable on desktop — increasingly preferred over 1:1. 16:9 — horizontal · 1920 × 1080 px. YouTube, your website, in-store screens, presentations, trade shows, pre-roll advertising. The historic format of film and television, meant to be watched on a big screen rather than scrolled. Resolution. Delivered in 1080p (Full HD), suited to every platform and the web. A 4K (2160p) version is available as an option for a giant screen, a projection, or cinema. Why all three are included. These formats aren't obtained by simply cropping the same film: text centered in 16:9 falls outside the frame in 9:16, a wide shot loses its subject once cropped, and social platforms' interface zones (buttons, captions) eat into the top and bottom of 9:16. The framing is designed from the moment the shots are generated, keeping the subject in the safe central zone — a design constraint built into the package, not three variants billed separately. |

1 · Your project + a call
- No need to arrive with a finished script. Describe your business, your goal and your world — even in a few lines.
- The call is where we pin down the angle, tone and message together — we take the time it needs.
- You provide your assets: vector logo, brand guidelines, high-resolution product photos. For a real product, your photos are used as-is rather than generated.
- Two paths available (step 3): describe your project and pay the deposit online, or send your idea first to receive a quote to approve. Payment only happens at the end.
- Two-part payment: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance after reviewing the final version.
2 · Writing · you approve
- I write the script from your brief and our call: the hook, the story, the ending, the voice-over text.
- You approve it — or request changes — before a single shot is produced.
- Already have a strong idea or a script? We'll start from there; I'll shape it for AI production.
- I draw on a proven template (product launch, local service, hiring) that I adapt to your story. Very ambitious or fully custom concepts get their own dedicated quote — I'll flag that on the call.
3 · Production
- Generating the AI shots from the approved script, then editing: pacing, voice or music, subtitles (option), end-card logo.
- First cut submitted around business day 4.
- Your response times during the exchange can push delivery back a little.
4 · Feedback · review · delivery
- You send your requested changes all at once (a written list). I apply them, then lock the final version.
- Editable: pacing, shot order, text, music, voice timing. Redoing a shot already generated (a new AI shot) is new work, billed at €90 excl. VAT per shot.
- Preview: I email you a private link to a page on my site where you review the final version in low resolution, with a watermark.
- 70% balance: paid after you review it and give your approval.
- Delivery: once the balance is paid, I deliver the final Full HD MP4 files, without watermark, in every format, with a one-page guide for distributing the film.
- AI transparency (EU Regulation 2024/1689): the master carries the "AI" label (official European Commission icons), origin markings are preserved, a dedicated clause appears in the Terms of Sale, and a one-page note is included.
